HEALTY AND DELICIOUS
Surrounded by wide-open spaces and provided with a unique diet, our Wagyu cattle also enjoy the most modern cattle stabling, designed to guarantee maximum animal well-being and comfort, and featuring, for example, piped music and biodegradable bedding.
Our ox, the wagyu ox, has become our major pride for Grupo Altube, within which we always have been guided by the sentence of Mahatma Gandhi:
"The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be measured by the treatment their animals received".
As we are also concerned about global warming (cattle produce 9% of greenhouse gases), we have designed a unique feed for our cattle free from artificial additives and is highly digestible, thus keeping the production of polluting gases to a minimum whilst at the same time producing a meat which is both delicious and extremely healthy for the consumer.
